BASCO In Action
Our customer service team speaks to people in new industries every day. Recently, we received a call from someone who runs their own service, cleaning and disinfecting commercial spaces like restaurants, warehouses, and offices. This individual wanted to be as economical as possible when it comes to the products that they buy, so they planned to buy cleaning products in bulk and dispense them into smaller containers on an as-needed basis.
Well, if you’re buying bulk cleaning products, you need bulk plastic containers to hold them. Thankfully, wholesale is what we do best.
This customer wanted their business to be prepared for any cleanup job, so they stock a ton of different cleaning chemicals, soaps, and scented products. They needed their containers to be compatible with as many chemicals as possible, so they could wash out and re-use their plastic barrels for detergents, gallon jugs for chemicals, and plastic bottles with trigger sprayers as many times as possible.
Originally, they had planned to go to several different sources for their containers, but after shopping around, they realized that it would get very expensive to pay for shipping from multiple different places around the world. Since BASCO offers such a wide range of containers and accessories, we were able to equip them with everything they needed, all from one source.
We outfitted this customer’s business with poly drums for bulk chemicals, plastic bottles with trigger sprayers and dispensing caps for their on-the-job needs, gallon jugs with pumps for containing things like bleach and heavy-duty cleaning products, and even plastic hand pumps for dispensing directly from their containers.
As their business grew, so did their demand for containers. They were so successful with their business, that they were able to expand to neighboring cities and double their output. More output means more cleaning products, and more cleaning means more containers. We were so glad to be able to keep up with their expansion, and we’re still supplying them with more and more containers every year.
