Drum Leak Kit includes: 6 surface plugs, 2 ball plugs, 5 sheet metal screw patches, 3" x 3" and 3" x 1 1/2" T-bolt patches, chime leak patch, 8" x 12" solid neoprene material, hot or cold hose tape, 200' roll of OSHA-approved barricade tape, 9-piece wood wedge pack, 18" x 18" sorbent pad, 10 oz. Plug N' Dike putty, tube of epoxy putty, 2 oz. of lead wool for puncture repair, screwdriver, pliers, adjustable wrench, rubber mallet and drift pin for rounding holes.

Every forklift truck should carry a Drum Tourniquet^™. When a leak incident occurs, the forklift operator simply pulls the stainless steel Tourniquet from its storage bag and applies it over the leak. The large sealing pad is thick, closed-cell foam covered with chemical-resistant EPDM. It fills the crevices of the puncture, instantly sealing off the leak. Overall dimensions: 6 1/2" W x 22 1/2" L x 3" H. Sealing pad measures 3 1/2" W x 7" L.

Choice of holding systems:

Magnetic Tourniquet has two super-powerful non-sparking permanent magnets that hold tightly to steel drums.

Universal Tourniquet has both magnets and a nylon ratchet tightening strap. Use with all drums, including plastic and fiber.

Storage Bag is vinyl with Velcro^™ closure. Easily mounts to forklift with included elastic cords.

Unique polymer and mineral-based product instantly seals leaks. Plug N' Dike is a non-toxic material that immediately forms a tight temporary seal against fuels and chemicals. Applies directly over the leak without surface preparation. Plugs up to 2' - 3' pressure head. Not recommended for use with acids, caustics, or oxidizers.

Premix is ready to use right from the tub. Just apply a handful right to the leak.

Dry Granular stores indefinitely. Forms temporary berms and dikes. Perfect for leak containment. Can also be kneaded with water to make a plug.

Plug N' Dike Puck is a handy 10 oz. premixed plug. Just perfect for spill response kits.

Plug Rug™ is a polypropylene mat with a layer of Plug n' Dike on the bottom. Just lay it over drains, storm sewers or pipe runs to prevent spills from entering. Great for plugging large holes or rips in containers.

Drain Cover is reusable polyethylene cover with Plug N' Dike edge-sealing strips. Edge-sealing strips are easily replaceable.
