ORBIS Structural Foam Pallets

4-way entry for flexible warehousing

Choice of single- or double-face styles

Precision molded structural polyethylene foam is superior to wood pallets: no loose nails, splinters, no mold or mildew. Much lighter than wood pallets, and they're always of consistent size and quality. Single-Face Pallets nest for space saving storage; stack 15 high in just four feet. Large rectangular legs are ideal for most conveyor systems. Double-Face Pallets are the most widely accepted plastic pallets in the industry. Rackable design. Perfect for shipping internationally, utilizing all space in an ocean container.

Reversible - reusable

Nearly indestructible pallet has four retaining rings welded to each pallet deck that positively locate the drums. All welded 48" x 48" x 5 5/8" unit is made from 14 gauge steel with baked grey enamel finish. 4-way pallet truck entry. Pallet will stack three high when loaded.

This new limited-use HDPE 40 x 48 pallet is designed for import/export applications. It is produced from recycled materials to provide a low-cost, lightweight alternative to wood pallets. It is exempt from ISPM 15 and eliminates the need for heat treatment that wood pallets currently require for international shipment. Black in color. Load Capacity is 7,500 lbs static and 1,000 lbs dynamic.

PDQ™ Drum and Pail Pallets

Handles acids, caustics, hazardous chemicals

Solid high-density polyethylene

Drum Pallet measures 48" x 48" x 5 3/4", safely contains up to 12 gallons of leakage or overflow, helps keep floors and surrounding areas clean. Up to 4 drums fit securely in molded grooves, won't wobble during transport. Multi-Purpose Pallet measures 40" x 48" x 6", handles a wide range of containers from large drums to small diameter pails. Made of FDA Compliant and USDA Compliant resin pallets may be steam cleaned and decontaminated. 4-way entry for lift trucks with maximum 5" wide and minimum 40" long forks. Hand pallet jacks must have minimum 20" space between forks. Pallets with drums can be stacked 3 high. 25 pallets nest to 84" height.
