           These space-saving decks are the only low-profile containment systems that meet EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and UFC regulations. Small leaks and spills are collected in the UV-resistant polyethylene sump. Patented polyethylene spill bladder deploys when the sump fills up, preventing a dangerous and messy overflow. Completely modular units are also easily connected together to build any size or shape system needed.

Bulkhead fittings allow spilled liquid to flow from one module to the next, increasing the spill capacity of your system.

T-Strips are used when connecting two decks together to keep liquid out of seam.

6-drum System is supplied complete with bulkhead fitting and T-strip. Meets EPA and UFC requirements without bladders. Also accepts bladder attachments for extra security.

1-drum, 2-drum and 4-drum Modules are available with or without bladder systems.

Loading Ramp is 100% polyethylene with non-slip tread surface.

Bladder Pump allows fast and neat recovery of collected liquid. Simply feed the intake tube through the bulkhead fitting into the bladder and pump liquid into disposal container.

Bladder attachment includes Bladder and Bulkhead fitting to attach to spill deck.

          Decks are made of 100% low density UV-resistant polyethylene. Perfect for drum filling, transfer and dispensing stations, equipment maintenance stations. You can even permanently mount machinery and catch leaking coolant or hydraulic fluid. Versatile system easily expands to meet your needs. 2-drum and 4-drum modules connect with bulkhead fittings through ports in the sumps, allowing spilled liquids to flow between modules. Removable polyethylene grate allows easy access to the sump.

Loading Ramp has 7 gauge steel sides and 3/16" thick steel top. Attaches securely to lip of deck and makes loading and unloading easy.

These economical 100% polyethylene decks prevent incidental spills and splashes from messing up your plant floor. Only 2 1/4" high for very easy loading and unloading. 2-drum and 4-drum modules let you build any size or shape deck needed. Removable decking allows fast access to sump. Colored decks allow fast, positive identification of products and processes in the plant. Standard color is Yellow. Other available colors must be ordered in groups of two. Specify color: Red (R), Yellow (Y), Blue (BL), Green (G), White (W), Black (BK), Orange (OR) or Gray (GY).

Important note: Sump capacity does not comply with EPA and UFC requirements for secondary containment.

     Heavy gauge steel construction holds up in applications where plastic units just won't do, either for durability reasons or when materials being stored are not compatible with plastic. With a 66-gallon sump capacity, our platforms are in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Uniform Fire Code requirements. Removable welded steel bar grating allows for easy cleanup.
