Safety Cabinets Expand Storage
Piggyback Cabinets are designed to mount on top of Justrites standard 30 and 45 gallon manual or self-close cabinets. They can also be used as a benchtop cabinet or stacked to provide additional storage. Cabinets are wall mountable with the purchase of a wall hanger assembly. Wall Mount Cabinet eye level positioning, is only 12" deep. Features five adjustable shelves to accommodate multiple containers. Complete with mounting hardware. Countertop Cabinets allow you to store up to 4 one-gallon safety cans and Include one adjustable shelf. Choice of manual or self-closing doors. Safety Yellow is standard color. Powder coat paint finish. An optional wall hanger assembly is available if wall mounting is desired. Other colors, Red (R), Gray (GR) or White (W) are available at additional cost. Justrite® Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinets
Manual Standard Cabinets have doors that open 180º. Self latching system provides easy positive door closure. Self-Closing Cabinets automatically close after each use or in the event of a fire. Comply with NFPA Code 30 and OSHA Regulations, and meet the Uniform Fire Code. Fusible metal link holds doors wide open. If temperature rises above 165º F, link melts and releases the doors. Patented fail-safe closing mechanism ensures that doors close tightly from top to bottom. Choice of double swinging door or sliding door models. Standard color is Safety Yellow. OSHA Code 29CFR 1910.106 states that not more than 60 gallons may be Class I and Class II liquids. Models have other color choices available in Red, Gray or White at additional cost. All welded 18-gauge premium coated steel cabinets provide extra rigid support for cans and pails. Doors have three-point self-latching mechanism and keylock. 2" high raised leakproof door sill contains leaks and spills. Double wall thermal barrier. Galvanized steel shelves are ribbed for strength and to catch small spills. Shelves are adjustable in 2 1/4" steps for maximum storage. Welded shelf hangers, no flimsy brackets to lose. Dual vents, with built-in perforated steel fire baffles, relieve internal pressure and permit piping away of flammable vapor where required by the locality. Built-in connection for grounding wire. Galvanized steel floor levelers at each corner. Superior powder-coat paint finish for maximum chemical resistance and durability. Standard color is Safety Yellow.
Bring your existing drum storage cabinets into compliance with 40 CFR 264.175 and the Uniform Fire Code.
