Draining or pouring liquids can build up static electricity in containers. Static sparks can cause explosion and fire. That's why OSHA requires bonding and grounding of drums, pails, and safety cans containing liquids with flashpoint below 100º F. Stainless steel cables are 7x19 stranded – the ultimate in flexibility, durability, and corrosion resistance. Unlike cheaper steel wires, stainless cables are inherently sparkproof. They can be used outdoors and with strong chemicals.

Ideal for high production drum handling operations. Convenient reel keeps just the right length of wire handy, helps promote regular use. Spring-loaded retracting reel holds 20' or 50' of 3/32" diameter uninsulated corrosion-resistant steel cable. Reel locks when operator pulls out the length of cable needed. Light pull on cable automatically retracts it. Choice of end connectors:

Bond-Rite houses all of the electronics inside of a stainless steel clamp. A continuous flashing LED light on the clamp confirms the grounded connection. Includes 16' of Hytrel coiled cable and ground connection box with quick disconnect plug. Bond-Rite Remote uses an REB-IP or GAT-IP hand clamp. All of the electronics and LED light are housed in a wall mounted stainless enclosure. Includes 16' of Hytrel coiled cable.
