Shipping and handling of bulk liquids has never been easier since the introduction of the PassportTank. Suited for domestic or export use, the 40” X 48” pallet design ensures dependable and economical usage. It meets requirements for chemical, paint, lubricant, and food & beverage industries. The 275/330 gallon blow molded bottle, made of UV-protected high density polyethylene, makes it compatible with the widest range of chemicals and food grade products. The injection molded 6” lid has a 2” threaded opening. For quick discharge, the bottle has a bottom drainage channel and is equipped with a 2” interchangeable polyethylene plunger-style valve and outlet nozzle. The base is constructed of a heavy duty, easy access four-way pallet. Pallets can be stored 3- high, max 2,500 lbs. per unit. Corrosion-resistant polyethylene is reusable and recyclable

Durable tanks are UV-resistant one-piece seamless linear low density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant for direct contact with food products. Ideal for indoor or outdoor use. 1/4" thick wall is translucent for easy product level viewing. 2" NPS bulkhead fitting for discharge. Order ball valves separately. VTS-Series Tank has completely flat bottom for easy mounting. Has 7" diameter fill cap. Fits on 48" x 48" pallet. GUZ-Series Tank is all polyethylene with integral 2-way fork entry base. Fill opening is 22 1/2" diameter, has standard drum-type cover, and lever-latch ring. Supplied with 2" NPS ball valve. Designed to fit on 48" x 48" pallet.

Accurate inventory control

Self-contained overhead storage of bulk lubricants*. Each 65 gallon container has a liquid level sight gauge. Clear PVC tubing connects containers to the dispensing console. Lockable self-closing faucets. Drip pan under faucets doubles as a convenient shelf for service containers. Built-in transfer pump. Pump operates on 110 volt AC, and delivers 4 – 7 GPM depending on product. Outboard Console models have faucet console mounted at front edge of system for convenient liquid dispensing. Inboard Console models have console mounted at back of system. Containment Pans help you comply with EPA regulation 40 CFR 264.175.

Buttress threads fit most plastic IBC's

Precision molded black polyethylene screw caps replace original equipment on many plastic IBC's. Standard Cap has plain top without fitting. Plug-Type Cap has 2" NPS opening in center with solid polyethylene plug. Plug-Type Vent Cap has 2" vent plug with PTFE membrane. Provides both pressure and vacuum relief.
