Sponge Rubber Drum Gaskets - Square-Cut
  • Available in natural rubber or EPDM
  • Choice of square-cut or round cross-section

    • Square-Cut Gaskets are made from firm density open-cell sponge rubber. Textured skin on two sides. Round Gaskets are continuously molded or extruded with vulcanized splice. Choice of regular density, or high density for extra sealing power. Gasket Material: Natural Rubber has open-cell structure. It is the most economical material for general purpose use. Made of FDA-compliant materials, light tan color. EPDM has very high density closed cell structure for improved sealing power, and provides excellent resistance to acids and alkalies.

  • Available in SBR or Neoprene

    • Smooth finish tubular cross-section gaskets are widely used in the drum industry. Easily installed gaskets resist liquid absorption, nothing to tear or flake off into your product. Choose heavy wall gaskets for higher sealing power. Choice of materials: BASCO SBR Rubber (styrene-butadiene) is great for general purpose applications, most economical rubber material available. SBR is FDA-compliant. Neoprene Rubber is an excellent all-purpose material with improved oil and chemical resistance.
