we can usually open your account right away. Open account terms
of net 30 days are offered to firms listed and satisfactorily rated by Dun &
Bradstreet. If your company is unrated, please send us three major trade references
and the name and phone number of your bank. Of course, you can include your payment
with your order.

By registering we can refer to your company information for ordering so that you
do not need to answer the same questions every time. Additionally, any special
requirements, pricing, shipping or other will be accessed from our files so you

If you've forgotten your password, please fill out our online
Password Retrieval Form. This form will verify
your user name, ask you the security question you chose while registering, and email
your password to the address listed with your account. If your still having problems
loggin in, please call our Customer Server Representatives at 1.800.776.3786.

Have you registered online with us before? All existing Basco customers
must first register online in order to access the customer login.
If you have forgotten your password, visit our Password Retrieval Form and
fill out all the information. Your Password will be emailed to the address listed with
your account.

Quantity breaks are offered on many of our products listed on line. For other,
larger quantity discounts, call us at 1.800.776.3786.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS: We try very hard to make sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's all you need to do:
- Call your BASCO Customer Service Representative at 1.800.776.3786 before returning any items and request your choice of an exchange, credit, or your money back.
- Your Customer Service Representative will issue a return authorization number -- just mark it on the package when you return it.
- Send it back! That's it! No hassles, just fast and courteous service.
Returned items must be returned within 30 days of shipment, must be new and in saleable condition, and are subject to inspection. Returns of custom-made or special-order items are subject to prior approval and return goods policy of the manufacturer.

BASCO does produce both a paper and CD Rom catalog for our business customers.
Our website contains more current information because we update almost daily.
However if you still need a catalog please email your request to
right@bascousa.com an indicate whether
you want a CD version or printed copy.

We charge sales tax to anyone who has not provided a tax exempt certificate and
their business resides in Illinois, Michigan, Texas, California, and North Carolina.
Any customer who has already been set up in our system as tax exempt will not be
taxed on internet orders. However you must be sure to order under your BASCO
account number.
Our on-line prices are updated daily so you are guaranteed that what you see is what you get. If your business requires price guarantees of a specified

All in stock items ship the same day if received by 2:00pm CST- Next day on all
others.
Depending on your location and the BASCO shipping location your order will be
in transit for 1 to 5 days.
