Effortlessly, transport 1,000 lb. drums through aisles and up ramps

• Handles 30 and 55 gallon steel, plastic and fiber drums

Powered by a 1/4 hp, 24V motor with maintenance-free battery. Variable speed forward and reverse. Spring loaded chime hook automatically engages a 30 or 55 gallon drum made of steel, plastic, and fiber, tight-head or open-head drum with locking ring, as long as the drum has a top chime/rim for the chime hook to grab onto. Wheel brake bands activated by hand lever. Nose prongs are reversible for use with 30 and 55 gallon drums. Front Wheels have solid rubber tires, 10" diameter x 2 1/2" wide, mounted on aluminum rims with roller bearings and grease fittings. Rear Wheels on all models have a 6" diameter x 2" wide polyurethane wheels with 3/4" ball bearings and aluminum hubs that are axle mounted. Overall dimensions: 60" H x 26" W.

Models for handling 85 gallon steel drums with locking rings, are available through special order.

Here’s a do-it-all truck that won’t break the bank!

This versatile drum truck features a unique chime hook assembly that will handle steel or fiber drums 25” – 48” tall. The drum cradle at the base of the truck provides perfect balance while loading and moving. A curved 1-1/4” diameter steel handle is welded to a 1-1/2” square steel tube stem for durability, providing years of comfortable and dependable service. Small steel plain bore roller wheels are positioned behind the toes to facilitate loading and unloading from pallets. Polyolefin Wheels are 10” Dia. x 2-1/4” W with a plain bore. Moldon Rubber and Steel Wheels are 10” Dia. x 2-1/2” W and equipped with roller bearings and grease fittings. Overall dimensions: 59" H x 24 1/2" W.

Versatile drum handler goes where others won’t fit

This unique ergonomic drum transporter requires less than 45 lbs. of force to manually lift a full 55-gallon drum weighing 660 lbs. A single operator can move heavy drums effortlessly and safely. The drum is automatically engaged with a multi-adjustable catch that latches onto the top lip of the drum. Just depress the foot bar, pull back on the handle and the drum is elevated straight up off the floor – now the drum is balanced and there is virtually no load on the operator.  Tires are solid molded rubber on cast aluminum hubs. Food grade model has 10" synthetic rubber tires on nylon hubs with sealed stainless steel wheel bearings. Units can be washed down.
