Base Unit includes a turntable that supports up to 500 lbs. and parts up to 26" diameter and up to 38" high, vertical wash pump that produces 20 GPM @ 50 psi and has a revolving spray head for cleaning the interior of each container, 6 KW Incoloy heating element with a 12-hour timer, adjustable cleaning cycle timer 0-60 minutes, adjustable pail retainer for securing small containers on the table while being flushed out, stainless steel chip screen to filter debris before reaching the sump, 50 gallon main solution tank, and a full access swing out loading door with an interlock switch that will shut off the pump if door is opened while the machine is in use. Base Unit with Options Package includes 1/2" NPT water inlet, water level switches, bag filter, 12" oil skimmer, 7-day skimmer timer, 7-day heat timer, and thermometer. Note: Price does not include installation. An owner's manual and parts list is provided. Electrical requirements for both units: 230 volts, 60 cycles, 3 phase, 40 amps (20 amps if 460 volt available).

Marks on metal, glass, plastic, and other non-porous surfaces. Water removablepaint markers mark with real paint that is removable with water or in a power wash process. Detergent removable paint markers mark with water and weather resistant paint that can be removed with detergents that have a pH level of 10 or higher. Standard colors are white and yellow. A variety of other colors are available through special order.
Speed up drum deheading by restoring chime contour
Just place De-Kinker on the damaged chime and pull handles together. 20" long handles offer tremendous mechanical leverage to restore chime curvature. Use on 30- and 55-gallon drums, either standing up or on their side. Super-durable cast iron construction.
Polished stainless steel and Fluoropolymer cleaning head has an effective cleaning radius of 6 feet, so it really packs a punch for drum cleaning. Nozzle fits completely through 2" bung opening, rotating head fits into 3/4" opening. Rotates at 3 – 15 rpm depending on inlet pressure. Delivers 30 GPM at 50 psi. Maximum operating temperature 250º F. Has 3/4" NPT inlet.
Fast on-off operation. Tip test plug into bung opening and pull the cam handle down to tightly clamp the replaceable neoprene seal to top of the bung. Just lift handle and plug easily pops out. Locking bar adjusts for different bung depths. Aluminum body with plated steel cam handle. Maximum air pressure 100 psi. Has 1/2" NPT inlet.
Rotating head reaches into containers, produces a more thorough cleaning job than fixed nozzles. Spins entirely on liquid power. Handles an exceptional range of cleaning chemicals. 1/2" NPT inlet. Maximum operating temperature 270ºF, maximum pressure 60 psi. Nozzles have stainless steel bearings.
Here's an inexpensive way to do your own testing of drums before re-use. Air-operated system is easy to install and use. Simply insert the test plug into any 2" NPS drum bung and turn on the air supply. A pilot light comes on when drum pressure reaches set point. If leakage is detected, pilot light will turn off. Components include: air control panel, NEMA 7/9 120 volt pilot light, NEMA 1 pressure switch, test plug assembly with two 10' hose assemblies and 25' of air tubing with fittings for connecting pressure switch to control panel. Air requirement: 5 scfm @ 80 psi. Power supply: 120 volt AC/60 Hz. Units are factory pre-set according to your requirements and are non-adjustable. Please specify pressure set point 2 – 7 psi when ordering. For additional 2" NPS test plugs, order item 2083. Explosion Proof Model available through special order.
