Funnel has 2" NPS non-seizing brass threads for screwing into the 2" opening of a 55 or 30-gallon drum. The funnel extension traps air and stops liquid from filling to the top of the drum. A vent tube controls backsplash and promotes faster draining. Just enough room is left to add 2 more gallons, the capacity of the funnel. If the drum reaches its capacity, the funnel must be unscrewed and lifted slightly to allow the 2 gallons in the funnel to drain into the drum. Equipped with a form fitting cover on a lanyard that is secured to the funnel body with a stainless steel fastener. Outer diameter: 11-3/8" Height above drum: 11-1/2"

The Drip Sentinel^<™ Drum Pump Funnel catches liquids that spilled or splashed during pumping. Liquids are redirected back into the drum through a metal screen in the 3/4" bung opening. Drip Sentinel^™ quickly pays for itself by savaging liquids that would normally be lost and by decreasing the danger of slip and fall accidents. Molded-in raised rim reduces splashes and spills and its raised ribs provide a clean, flat area to place small containers to be filled. 100% linear low density polyethylene funnels fit 30- and 55-gallon drums. Large diameter and high sidewalls provide 6 gallon capacity and reduce splashes and spills. Draining surface has elevated zig-zag channels; inverted containers drain completely without resting in their own drainage. Bung Access Funnel is 23 5/8" O.D. x 51 2" H, fits 2" NPS bung opening of closed-head drum, permits use of fill gauge to prevent overfilling. Optional hinged lid keeps contaminants out and reduces vapor emissions. Universal Funnel is 25" O.D. x 6" H, fits either open-top or closed-head drums. Funnels are available either with or without outlet spout. A spouted funnel is recommended unless using with accessories.

Brass Fill Vent installs in funnel without outlet spout. FM-Approved for use with flammable liquids, has 6" flame arrestor that vents at 5 psi internal pressure. Fits 2" NPT bung. VaporLock® Closure installs in funnel without spout. Traps vapors and minimizes release of VOC's. Meets EPA "closed container" regulations. Glass-reinforced polypropylene fill tube and T-Handle allows filling below liquid level. Fill Gauge pops up when drum is nearly full, prevents accidental overfilling.
