Pail Liners

Don't throw away empty pails - reuse them!

Keep plastic and steel pails clean and reusable

Perfect for batch mixing

FDA compliant materials

Using 5 gallon pails for mixing is great idea, but what happens to the pail when you’re done? Use these seamless thermo-formed liners and save the pail for reuse. Fits neatly and easily into all standard 5-gallon pails. Contoured lip snaps over top rim of pail to prevent slippage.

Plastic Pail Liners are tapered to fit standard plastic pails.

Steel Pail Liners are straight-sided to fit standard steel pails.

Cradle Liner permits shipping two-part products in one pail. High density polyethylene cradle holds a one-gallon can. Choice of three FDA-Compliant materials:

LDPE Liner (Low-Density Polyethylene) is for general purpose use.

HDPE Liner (High-Density Polyethylene) has semi-rigid shape for easier insertion into the pail and greater resistance to inks, paints, and adhesives.

Anti-Static LDPE & HDPE Liners are pink in color and are molded with a special static-dissipating agent; ideal for use in flammable areas.

Polypropylene Liner has semi-rigid shape and higher temperature resistance for hot-filling.

For 55 gallon steel, plastic, and fiber drums
Specially designed for UN-specification drums*

Ultraliners™ are the highest performance drum liners available. Strong enough to permit pumping with a follower plate, and high speed mixing. Extra heavy blow molded LDPE. Paper-thin top lip that snaps over the drum curl to prevent leakage won't interfere with proper drum sealing. Smooth, heavy walls; no wrinkles or folds to trap contents. Temperature range: - 40º F to 175º F.

Anti-Static Ultraliner™ helps to reduce static build-up in static sensitive applications compatible with low-density polyethylene such as paints, volatile materials and fine powders. Meets Standard: MIL-B-81705-C. Surface Resistivity: 1011 Ω/sq. typical. Ultraliner™is also available in polypropylene for chemical and heat resistance up to 300º F through special order. Anti-stat liners contain an internal anti-stat agent that is intended as an aid to reduction of static build-up.

Caution: Anti-Static Liners are not designed as, and should not be used as, the primary controller of static electricity in a process. Anti-stat liners should not be used in electro-static coating systems or other highly volatile areas. Rigid Drum Liner

The ultimate in protection for your product

Rigid, self-supporting polyethylene

FDA-Compliant under 21 CFR 1520(c)3.1 and 3.2

These liners put a full 1/8" thick polyethylene barrier between the drum and your product. Curled top flange prevents seepage of liquid into drum. Smooth side walls provide excellent chemical resistance, are easy to clean. As a stand-alone container, the translucent liners allow easy checking of liquid level. Choice of straight-sided or tapered styles. Tapered liners ship and store most economically and are easier to install.

Flexible heat sealed LDPE construction, uniformly liquid tight

Conductive drum liners are recommended for use with flammable materials, including coatings, paints, adhesives, solvents or other materials where static electricity build-up is a problem. Can be used for shipping or storing nearly any wet or dry product, any viscosity liquid, or any powder, particulate, or paste. The LDPE film resists weak acids, methanol, ethanol and isopropanol, and significantly slows the attack of weak alkalines and ketones. Extra length permits you to simply gather the bag at the top, then twist and tie off to protect contents. Liners have a surface resistivity range of 10³ - 10⁵ Ω/square and volume resistivity <3000 Ω-cm. Withstands fill temperatures - 20º F to 175º F.

Note: Conductive liners are intended as an aid to dissipate static build-up when liner and drum are electrically grounded. They are not designed as, and should not be used as, the primary controller of static electricity in a process. Manufacturer recommends that the customer verify that these liners are fit for use by consulting a safety engineer or safety consultant.

These sturdy liners offer a leak tight design. The liner is constructed of all-Fluoropolymer material that's flexible, resists tears, and has superior flexing capabilities. Excellent release properties of the Fluoropolymer material allows for easy cleaning and reusability. Liners are available in Food Grade Style and Non-Food Grade Conductive Style for anti-static applications.

Economical Trash Can and Drum Liners

Strong premium linear low-density polyethylene

Ultra-dependable quality

These heavy gauge industrial liners are made from tough linear low-density resins. Stretchable, strong and puncture resistant. Standard Liners and Premium XX Liners are made with a dependable, leak resistant, star seal bottom seal. Standard Liners are great for light duty trash bag use. Single-ply virgin hexane resin (clear or black). Individually folded with dispenser box. Premium XX Liners are made of heavy gauge 1.6 mil single-ply reprocessed resins. Black opaque color hides refuse. Steel Tuff Liners are made of premium super hexane to withstand the toughest applications. Equivalent in strength to 3 mil low-density liners. Silver color and individually folded in a convenient dispensing carton.
