At-A-Glance gauges are the economical choice for measuring the contents of your drums. Leak-proof and reliable, the simple design stays accurate and is built to last. Gauges have a red indicator and black calibrations in gallons, liters, quarters and eights full. On a yellow background making the gauge easy to read in all weather conditions. Optional High or Low Level Audible Alarm sounds at a loud 110 db, operates on a 9V lithium battery.

DIPTAPE Visual Level Indicators

Ideal for Quick Level Checks in Sealed Drums

Operator is never exposed to liquid or vapor

Level indicator never touches liquid

Models for all chemicals

Simply unscrew the top cap to check level. Slowly pull graduated tape up; when liquid level is reached, the tape locks onto the magnet inside the float and indicates level of liquid in drum. Scale is calibrated in 1/16" and 1mm increments for accurate measurement. When finished, push scale down and replace cap. Stainless Steel DIPTAPE Level Indicator has all 316 stainless wetted parts. Works with most liquids, including chlorinated solvents. Brass DIPTAPE Level Indicator has Buna-N float for oils, fuels, mild solvents. PVC DIPTAPE Level Indicator has PVC wetted parts. Designed for lower cost, general purpose use. Screws into 2" NPT bung opening.

Fill the first container to desired level and record fill gauge reading using built-in reference marker. Subsequent containers can be filled until level indicator reaches reference marker. It's that easy to get accurate filling every time! Designed for use with lower viscosity, non-sticky, liquids. Fits any steel drum with a 2" or 3/4" NPS opening. 23" long. Plastic non-threaded 2" adapter included. Adapter allows access of a 1 1/4" hose or pipe, so filling and gauging may be done simultaneously.

Calibrated Sight Gauges for Horizontal Drums

Indicates liquid level in a 55 gallon drum at a glance (gallons and liters)
Aluminum frame with adjustable steel gauge markers for easy calibration
Quick and easy installation

Use with a 3/4" NPT faucet for continuous gauging and dispensing (faucet not included). Replaceable glass tube with protective aluminum frame. Chemical resistant TFE (AFLAS^®) seal is use on all three gauges between the glass sight tube and the pipe nipple. AFLAS^®is the trade name for a unique fluoroelastomer based upon an alternating copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene "TFE/P". It has excellent chemical resistant properties and can withstand high temperatures. Other seal materials are available upon request. Standard Gauge has 3/4" NPT carbon steel pipe nipple and coupling for temperatures not to exceed 400º F. Great for petroleum products and other non-corrosive liquids. Stainless Gauge has 3/4" NPT 304 stainless steel pipe nipple and coupling for temperatures not to exceed 400º F Ideal for mild corrosives. PVC Gauge has 3/4" NPT PVC pipe nipple and coupling for temperatures not to exceed 140º F. For use with more aggressive liquids.

Simple design for rapid sample collection. Lower tube to desired depth. A light tug on cord while raising the unit sets the check valve, trapping the sample inside. Plastic rod inside tube allows sample to be collected at any depth. Dispenses easily into appropriate container. Sampler holds approximately 3 ounces per foot.

Ideal for most sampling needs
Economical, durable Coliwasa is made of see-through polypropylene for superior resistance to chemicals and breakage. Neoprene stoppers with TFE film coating on top and bottom for improved safety, stick resistance, and sample transfer (sampler can serve as a container for non-hazardous samples). Take representative samples from top to bottom of buckets, drums, tanks and tankers. Handles liquids, slurries, sludge, and semi-solids. Resists acids, alkalies, hydrocarbons, ketones, aldehydes, esters, oxidizers, and glycols. Optional Coupler Set combines two sections of 1" Coliwasa to increase sampler length and compatibility of application. Optional Purge-Squeegee Kit allows rapid and neat emptying of viscous samples. Avoids spillage and helps to decontaminate while automatically cleaning the inside and outside of the sampler tube.
