Simplify your important filling tasks with this reliable, low cost unit. Automatically and uniformly fills containers of 1 pint to 1 gallon. Tank level is automatically maintained by a 316SS float valve and can be supplied by gravity or pump. Check valve prevents drips when container is removed. Includes five saddle assemblies and heavy-duty steel stand. Note: Please specify spout diameter when ordering. Spouts are not included and must be purchased separately. 5 spouts with 3/4" O.D. are recommended for half gallon and gallon containers. Accepts up to eight spouts for smaller containers. Using eight spouts will require three more saddle assemblies. A complete spout is a gooseneck and a nozzle. If switching to different size containers after purchasing the complete spout, only a new nozzle assembly will be necessary since the gooseneck size is standard for all nozzles.
This full featured drum filler works with 30 and 55 gallon drums, ideal for small volume filling operations and most chemicals. All wetted parts are stainless steel with PTFE seals. Just place empty drum on platform and push start button. Centering collar aligns bung opening and positively locates drum. Filling lance lowers, fills drum and retracts automatically. Single-pushbutton operation and microprocessor control ensure accurate, repeatable filling. Accurate to ± .5 lb. based on 3 sigma, using water at 30 PSIG and 110 GPM. Load-cell scale base has 2 1/2" diameter rollers, 1000 pound capacity. Operates on 115 VAC, 1A and 80 PSIG compressed air. Epoxy coated steel frame and aluminum lance support. 24" W x 28" D x 85" H.
