Simple, Safe, and Secure. Easy to install drum plug locking devices prevent access to material contained in your drums. Simply slide the two halves of the locking device around the bung flange, slip the joining bar through the halves and insert a No. 3 Master Lock® padlock through the end hole of the bar. The locking devices are sold in sets for plastic drums (fits both Greif and Mauser plastic drums with raised bung flanges) or steel drums with steel round-head plugs. PL2020 includes two 2" devices. PL2075 includes one 2" and one 3/4" device. Note: Padlocks are sold separately and required for each locking device.

Dependable Lead Drum Seals

5/16" and 1/2"diameter lead disc

Available plain or sequentially numbered

Plain lead seals have 4-ply 30 gauge galvanized seal wire. Seal must be destroyed to be removed. Numbered seals available in minimum quantity of 1000. Seal Press Tool assures tight, non-slip lead sealing. 5" long handles for leverage, convenient spring return. Crimps 5/16" and 1/2" seals. Imprints on 1/2" seals only. Supplied with two 1/2" dies with up to four letters inscribed into dies at no extra charge. Different length seal wires available.

High Security Pull-Tight Seals have a unique seal strap design that provides unparalleled tamper-evident security. Simply insert the strap-end into the locking barrel and pull it tight to seal, leaving the strap-end attached. Manufactured of a tough UV-stable high-density polyethylene, they are virtually impervious to weather extremes. Temperature limit: 230 degrees F. Withstands a 35-40 lb. pull. Standard seals feature a hot stamped seven digit serialized number and the word SEALED. Custom seals are available with seven digit serialized numbering and an additional 2 lines of copy (up to 13 letters/spaces per line).

Drumlok® secures the contents of drums and prevents pilferage and contamination of product. Tight-Head Drumlok® fits 30 or 55 gallon tight-head drums with 2" NPS and 3/4" NPS openings. Replaces drum plugs with solid brass alloy 360 locking plugs and 5/8" diameter x 22" long locking bar. Includes Buna-N and polyethylene plug gaskets. Open-Head Drumlok® replaces the 5/8" bolt on the drum locking ring. Shackle of padlock fits into hole in Drumlok® and prevents removal or loosening of the device. Easy on, easy off operation

Make drum security simple and cost effective with Plug-N-Lok. Protect expensive drum contents by removing the 2" and 3/4" plugs and installing Plug-N-Lok plugs. An expandable heavy-duty Geolast gasket expands as the high torque Zyteland® wing nut is turned clockwise to form a liquid and airtight seal. Once the plug is securely tightened, a padlock must be installed to lock the wing nut in place. Designed for use with a No. 1 or No. 3 Master Lock® (not included). Laminated steel No. 1 Master Lock® is listed. Plug-N-Lok security plugs are not to be used for shipping filled drums.

VGC Series steel capseals are self gasketing and form a tight seal around the VGII steel plug when crimped in place with a capsealing tool. The steel capseal must be destroyed to be removed. VGP Series plastic capseals snap into place by hand and have a built-in tear tab for removing the seal.
