Galvanized Steel Drum Covers

One-piece 26-gauge galvanized steel construction
Available for 55-gallon tight-head or open-head steel drums

Our rust-resistant galvanized steel drum covers are unaffected by rain, snow, ice, or sunlight. Use them to protect drum tops against the elements outdoors or against dust and dirt when drums are stored indoors. The open-head cover is designed for use with a 55-gallon steel drum with its original cover and bolt ring removed, while the tight-head cover simply fits over the top of the tight-head drum. One-piece construction features a 1-1/2", "safe to handle", beaded rim with no sharp edges.

Use our handled drum cover to protect your product against dust and dirt or convert your empty 55-gallon drums into trash containers. The cover is designed for use with a 55-gallon steel or plastic drum with its original cover and bolt ring removed. Rugged and Durable Drum Covers

Protects drum tops from dirt and rain

Stackable

Available in 6 standard colors

Rugged polyethylene drum covers loosely fit onto both open and closed head drums to protect from bung seepage in outdoor storage situations. 3" side lip keeps rain water out. Durable enough to allow other drums to be stacked on top of it. Standard colors are: Black (BK), Blue (BL), Green (GR), Yellow (YL), Red (RD), and White (WH). Other colors must be ordered in 2-piece increments.

Drum Pal® covers are the best protective drum covers available. Made of LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), a highly cut- and tear-resistant material that resists ultraviolet light and most chemicals. Cover can be reused dozens of times. Economical drum protection. Vacuum-formed .040" low-density polyethylene covers resist most chemicals. Snaps tightly over chime of tight-head or locking ring of open-head 55 gallon steel drums. Shower Cap Drum Covers

Choice of polyethylene or PVC
Elastic hem

Low cost protection from dirt, dust, moisture. Prevents contamination and evaporation. Heavy-duty elastic hem is securely lock-sewn, keeps cover in place yet allows easy removal when needed. Polyethylene Covers are made from clear 4 mil FDA-Compliant LDPE, or 8 mil black woven LPDE (not FDA compliant), with 3/8" wide elastic band. Anti-Static Polyethylene Covers are ideal for areas where flammable vapors are present. Anti-static cover are pink. PVC Covers are made from 4- or 8-mil frosted clear PVC, have 1" wide elastic band.

Justrite® Fire Safe Drum Cover

Chemical resistant powder coat paint finish

Thses drum covers provide an inexpensive way to convert open-top 30 and 55 gallon steel drums into fire-safe receptacles for combustible trash. Only a screwdriver and wrench are needed to attach the cover to a drum, and it can easily be removed when the drum needs to be emptied. 30 gallon cover will fit drums nominally 18 3/8" diameter. 55 gallon size will fit drums from 22 1/2" to 22 3/4" diameter. A replaceable fusible-link assembly inside the cover melts at 165°F to automatically slam the cover shut to extinguish the flame if there is a fire in the drum.

Stop receptacle fires with these unique covers. Special reverse baffle design directs smoke and gases down and across the opening. Flames from matches and cigarettes put themselves out in seconds. Reusable

Simple and very low cost method for keeping water off 55 gallon steel drums stored outside. Special non-woven felt is permanently bonded to a durable galvanized steel backing strip. Absorbs 80 ounces of water per hour. Strip clips on to drum; won't blow off in wind. Style DW200 does not have steel backing and must be glued to top of drum. Use two per drum top. Sold in cases of 200 only.
