The WIZ-Kid^® Manual deheader is for low to moderate steel drum volume (10—25 drums per week). Propelled by an adjustable 18" ratchet, requiring only minimal user effort that reduces the risk of back strain. Deheads most drums in less than two minutes. Designed for use in remote areas where no power source is available, or when drum volume is low and a manual tool is preferred. The only manual deheader in the industry that leaves a burr-free edge. Can be used left or right handed. Built of durable high strength aluminum and hardened tool steel.

Steel Drum WIZ-Kid^® Electric Deheader is a light-weight and user-friendly deheader for low to moderate steel drum volume (20—50 drums per week). Self-propelled operation minimizes operator effort and will dehead most drums in less than one minute. Electric WIZ-Kid moves itself around the drum, slicing horizontally into the chime, leaving a burr-free drum edge. Uses a 1/8 HP, 115V, 60 HZ 1-Phase AC motor, and is supplied with a tangle-resistant cord and plug. Unit is quiet and easy to use.. It can be used left or right handed, and bung openings will not interfere with operation. Built of durable high strength aluminum and hardened tool steel.

Fiber Drum Wiz-Kid^® Electric Dechimer quickly slices off the metal chime bands of fiber drums, allowing for easy and inexpensive disposal of the fiber shell.

High production drum deheading is effortless with these made in the U.S.A. precision-built machines. Gear-drive roller and cutter wheel provides a clean, uniform cut. Just place on the drum and start cutting, manually tightening the cutter wheel as the unit goes around the drum. Operation is complete in 2-3 revolutions.

Electric Deheader has high torque, 1/3 HP, 5.5 amp, 115V, 60 Hz 1-phase gear motor. Supplied with a no-tangle swivel connector.

Air Deheader is ideal for use in wet work areas or where electric machinery can't be used. Air motor develops 1/2 HP, uses 25 CFM @ 80–100 PSI. Airline filter, lubricator and regulator are recommended.

Automatic Air Deheader completely automates deheading. Just place it on your drum and start it up. It’s that easy. There is nothing to adjust. Just remember to turn it off when you are done. Features power cutter advance and push-button controls.

Restore your drums to reusability

Damaged or dented chimes can stop a drum deheader dead in its tracks. Just place De-Kinker on the damaged chime of a tight head steel drum and pull handles together. 20" long handles offer tremendous mechanical leverage to restore chime curvature and tightness. Use on 30 and 55 gallon drums, either standing up or on their side. Super-durable cast iron construction.

Make short work of opening large quantities of drums

The Wizard^® Stationary Fiber Dechimer is designed to dechime moderate to high volumes (more than 50/day) of fiber drums, making disposal of the empty drums easier and less expensive. This heavy-duty, fully automatic, computer controlled machine does all the work for you. Simply insert a drum and the dechimer automatically self-adjusts to height of drum. Then it revolves the drum, removing the top and bottom metal chimes at the same time. This all-in-one operation takes less than two minutes. The dechiming operation is electric powered and the cutting operation that employs a blade to sever the chime at the end of the cycle is powered by air.
