Complete unit includes 55:1 pump, drum cover, follower plate, 6 feet high pressure discharge hose, control handle, and Z-swivel. For the 16 gallon and 55 gallon units choose a system with or without a transport trolley. 5 gallon unit has built-in carrying handle. Units operate on 145 psi max. 1/4" NPT female air inlet, 3/8" NPT grease outlet. All units are pre-lubricated, requiring no mist lubricators.

Compact in design, these hose reels are perfect for reaching more service areas when pumping from a stationary tank. The ratchet latch allows users to work productively without excessive hose getting in the way. The heavy-duty spring, bearings and ratchet latch ensure many years of reliable service. High pressure ¼” hose is rated for 5000 psi. The medium pressure ½” hose withstands up to 1,800 psi. A hose inlet kit is required to connect the hose reel to the hose from the tank; sold separately.

     B2 Vario Pump Sets provide a complete solution to personal safety and environmental protection by not exposing the user or the environment to dangerous thin bodied acids and alkalis and chemicals such as battery acid, glycol, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, oil-based lubricants and cleaner solvents. Both electric and air pump motors feature an infinite variable speed control with an integrated on/off switch that allows the operator to gradually regulate the delivery rate with one movement of the hand.

Pump Sets include: Motor (electric or air), pump tube (polypropylene or stainless steel), 5 ft. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose, polypropylene nozzle, stainless steel hose clips and painted steel wall bracket.

Electric B2 Motor: 180W, 110-120V, 60Hz. Ultra quiet running. Delivers 18.5 GPM with PP pump tube and 17.5 GPM with SS pump tube.

Air B2 Motor: 87 PSI, 13CFM. Quiet running. Delivers 17 GPM with PP pump tube and 15 GPM with SS pump tube.

Optional 0213-031 Totalizer accurately measures thin bodied non-flammable liquids in gallons, liters and imperial gallons. ±1% accuracy. Body is made of polypropylene. Wetted parts include PP, Hastelloy C and FPM (fluoro rubber) ideal for use with neutral and aggressive liquids

Optional Drum Adapters are made of polypropylene. Tapered and unthreaded adapter fits snuggly into a 2" bung opening. The pump slides through the center hole in the adapter. Adapter will fit loosely in a 70 mm pail cap opening and prevents the pump from tipping.

Designed for free-flowing liquids up to 2,000 cps viscosity and 1.8 specific gravity. 40" long pump tube fits 2" bung opening. Seal-less design has 30 minute run-dry capability without damage. Features double suction impeller. Polypropylene and Kynar® pumps have convenient variable orifice discharge fitting.

Caution: When pumping flammables, use only stainless steel pump tube and explosion proof motor. Hose and grounding kit are also required. See static protection hose kits found in Accessories for Finish Thompson Pumps and Bonding and Grounding Wires.

Interchangeable pumps and motors help prevent cross-contamination of product. Designed for semi-viscous liquids. Maximum liquid temperature 150º F. All pumps in this series have a 1" hose barb. Tube length of 40" for 55-gallon drums.

USDA-Compliant models have sanitary construction for food plant use.

Pump tubes are offered in standard lengths of 27" for 30 gallon drums or smaller, 39" for 55 gallon drums and 47" for IBCs.

SS pump tubes, recommended for flammables include a wall hanger, one 10' bonding wire and two 6' grounding wires. Select air or electric explosion-proof motors.

PP pump tubes include wall hanger, 8' PVC 3/4" hose, two hose clamps and PP 2" bung adapter.

PVDF pump tubes include a wall hanger.

ODP and TEFC electric motors listed are equipped with a bipolar on/off switch with single pole thermal overcurrent release and a 16' power cord and plug.

EP Electric Motor (Explosion-Proof) has individual on/off buttons, low voltage release and 16' power cord (no plug). Rated Class I, Groups C/D and Class II, Groups F/G.

Air and EP Air motors for hazardous and non-hazardous duty. Hazardous duty motor has a built-in on /off switch, the non-hazardous duty air motor does not.

Unique pump has specially designed suction tube and drainback stop. When pump stops pumping, simply close the backflow stop. Liquid remaining in pump cannot drain back into drum. Removes all but one pint of liquid. When used with BASCO's EnviroWedge® all but three ounces can be removed. Maximum viscosity 500 cPs. Pump tube is 39" long. Pumps and motors are interchangeable.

Unique chemical pumps use magnetic coupling, no physical connection between motor and pump, for very quiet and reliable service. Motors (sold separately) can be switched from pump to pump quickly and easily, so one motor can serve several pumps. Ruggedly built for continuous service, self-priming and vibration-free.
