     Drum Kits include 8' of wire reinforce braided PVC hose with stainless steel permanent clamps, 1" O.D. aluminum or polypropylene nozzle with Viton o-ring and 2" male NPT adapter.

Drum Kits must be installed on drums in the vertical position. Drums must then be stored horizontally at an elevation that is high enough to justify dispensing from the 8' hose and nozzle.

Drum Kits are designed to screw into the 2" NPS bung opening on 15, 30 or 55 gallon drums.

IBC Kits include 8' of wire reinforced braided PVC hose with stainless steel permanent clamps, 1" O.D. aluminum or polypropylene nozzle with Viton o-ring and hanger clip. The appropriate 2" female NPT or 2" female Buttress (60 x 6 threads) or 2" Camlok adapter is also provided. Note: Camlock valves should use Camlock IBC kits. 2" female NPT and 2" Buttress adapters are for use with fully threaded IBC valves, not with the 2" dust cap threads typically found on the end of a 2" Camlock.

Optional Extension Hose fits all kits and uses a quick cam setup to instantly attach an additional 8' length of hose.

Why wrestle with a heavy pail to drain it?

Highly polished carbon steel body with polyethylene piston and packing, neoprene head gasket. Choice of two styles: with FLEXSPOUT^® adapter or with set of four screw cap adapters (1 3/4", 2 1/8", 2 1/4" and 2 7/8").

Adjustable Metering Collar (MC842) slips over handle and is secured with a set screw to permit repeatable strokes from 2 ounces to 4 ounces.

Strength of steel -- and economy -- in one pump

Ideal for lighter, non-water base, non-corrosive fluids, such as oil and non-flammable solvents. Solid steel construction with brass piston rings. Curved discharge spout can be removed and replaced with 3/4" garden hose.

Optional Hose Assemblies are made of clear vinyl with a 1/2" inside diameter and include a 3/4" garden hose coupling.

One touch gives no-effort flow up to 4 GPM

Dispenses at a controlled rate up to 4 gallons per minute, depending on viscosity. Simple to use: a few strokes of the upper handle pressurize the drum, or with compressed air up to psi. Built-in faucet delivers liquid. 100% polypropylene pump works with over 700 chemicals and is leak-proof, spill proof, and splash-proof. Fits nearly any container with 2” bung opening.

The First Family of chemical stroke pumps

Versatile hand pumps are made of a special PVC resin for durability and long life. Designed to handle alkali, acid and petroleum products as dictated by the combination of the valve and seal materials of construction. Pumps are 1 1/2" D x 38" L. Supplied with choice of bung adapter and welded on 3' or 6' long, 1 1/4" D hose. Weight 5 lbs.

Alkali Pumps have Hypalon^® valves and seals, polyethylene hose. UL-Listed for hydrochloric acid 30% maximum, 100º F maximum. Compatible with acetic acid (30%), hydrofluoric acid and methyl alcohol.

Acid Pumps have Viton^® valves and seals, polyethylene hose. UL-Listed for sulfuric acid 50% maximum, 120º F maximum. Do not use with alkalis, acetic acid (30%), hydrofluoric acid or methyl alcohol.

Petroleum Pumps have Polyurethane valves, Buna-N seals, reinforced vinyl hose. Do not use with hot liquids. Not UL-Listed.

Note: PVC pumps should not be used with solvents, acetone, amyl acetate, aromatic hydrocarbons, benzaldehyde, benzoyl chloride, bromine, butyl acetate, carbon tetrachloride, chromic acid, ethyl acetate, ethyl chloride, lacquers, naphthalene, toluene, or trichlorethylene.

Inexpensive and foolproof security for your valuable materials

Liquids in pails need this specialized pump

Durable PVC construction for reliable operation. Pump up to 8 ounces per stroke. Viton valves and seals for chemical resistance. Select the adapter that's right for your pail.

P12 and P18-series pumps include a 7/16" I.D. x 9" clear PVC hose.

P12C includes an adapter for mounting the pump on a 38 mm pull-up flexible pour spout. For pails with an FSII FLEXSPOUT (40 mm neck finish) an extra adapter, FS4038, is required.

Model PM02 is a unique 1 ounce measured shot pump with a no-drip spout. Weight 2 lbs.

It's easy to adapt!

• Converts Rieke FSII FLEXSPOUT® 40 mm threads to 38 mm
• Polyethylene construction

The FS4038 has 40 mm female threads on one end for attaching to a Rieke FSII FLEXSPOUT®. The other end of the adapter has 38 mm male threads. Most pail faucets, pumps and spout extenders are designed to fit 38 mm threads. It is important to know whether you have a 38 mm or 40 mm threaded spout when purchasing any product to screw onto the spout. 38 mm spouts are still made by other manufactures and use differnent brand names, like UNI-GRIP, etc.

Lowest cost drum pump on the market

These siphon pumps are ideal for water-based liquids, detergents, even some petroleum products and very simple to operate. Just pump the bellows to start the flow. Control siphon action by adjusting the air vent at the top of the pump handle.

Pail Pump has a 5/8" O.D. x 15.50" L intake tube fits 5-gallon steel and plastic pails.

Drum Pumps have a 1" O.D. x 34.25" L intake tube that can be trimmed to fit 15-, 30- and 55- gallon steel and plastic drums. PSP2-RD is designed for 2" (63 mm) Buttress openings in plastic drums.

Note: Bellows, hoses, adapters and intake tubes are made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) except for drum pump PVC1HD that is equipped with a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) intake tube to withstand soaking in harsher chemicals.
