Inexpensive and reliable Air Operated Pump gently pressurizes drum at 4 – 7 psi. Builtin automatic safety pressure vent relieves pressure above 7 psi. 100% polypropylene construction handles acids, caustics, oils, coolants, cleaners, and many others. Self-priming, delivers up to 16 gallons per minute of 250 centipoise liquid, up to 15' high. Quiet operation. Installs quickly in 2" NPS bung. Includes 3' x 3/4" polypropylene dispensing hose, 10' x 1/4" air line and 34 1/2" polypropylene suction tube.

Optional Air Pressure Regulator prevents wasted air by pre-regulating air supply greater than 7 psi up to 250 psi. Locking calibration knob.

Optional Hand Flow Nozzle allows precise flow control. Polypropylene body with Viton® and stainless steel internals.

Fills or empties a 55-gallon drum in 90 seconds

Two-Way Pump System attaches quickly to the 2" bung opening of any tight head steel drum and includes a control knob that switches between pumping or vacuuming operation, an automatic shut off valve to prevent overfilling, 10' polyethylene flexible hose, 90° elbow for attaching hose, and an aluminum chip wand. Stainless steel/PVC construction.

Spill Recovery Kit easily removes liquids from floors and includes a 14" double blade squeegee tool and a sturdy, one-piece, 54" ABS wand.

Deluxe Two-Way Pump System includes the Two-Way System & Spill Recovery Kit, plus a skimmer tool, crevice tool, floor tool, two extension wands. Drum dolly not included.

The TBP pump is constructed of pure polypropylene/PVDF and can handle viscosities up to 200 cPs with densities up 1.4 specific gravity. It will stand up to 15% hypochlorite (bleach), 50% nitric acid, 50% sulfuric acid, and 20% hydrochloric acid. Maximum temperature tolerance of 150º F. All pumps in this series have a 1" hose barb. Bung adaptor sold separately.

The 3/8” pump is compact and portable and handles viscosities up to 1,000 cPs, 1” pump handles up to 10,000 cPs, and the 2” handles up to 20,000 cPs. This relatively small 41mm diameter pump tube fits comfortably through a 2" bung opening. Almost 100% drainage is possible when the drum is tilted using BASCO's EnviroWedge^™. Non-lubricated pump tube prevents contamination of the liquids pumped. When closed, sealing pot prevents runback when tube is extracted. Lutz® Complete Drainage Pumps can be combined with any Lutz universal motor. Polypropylene (PP) model has a 3/4" hose barb and pumps up to 1,600 cPs* and Stainless Steel (SS) model has a 1" hose barb and pumps up to 1,400 cPs* depending on the motor selected. Pump drive shaft has a mechanical seal that must not be allowed to run dry.

Compact design features heavy duty springs, four easy glides, and rugged 8-gauge sheet metal construction with an electrostatic powder coated blue finish. Unit includes a braided steel banded hydraulic 1/2" I.D. hose with swaged couplings and rubber stopper that can withstand pressures up to 1800 psi.

A hose inlet line (1/2" I.D.) is also included.
