Load binders with safety-locks securely hold loaded drums in place. Sturdy steel frame resists shock of the tumbling load. All shafts run in self-aligning pillow block ball bearings. Unit supplied with control box with start, jog and stop buttons. Drum rotation speed 13 RPM.
TEFC Motor (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) is 1 HP for single drum unit and 1-1/2 HP for dual drum, TEFC, 230V, 3-Phase.
EP Motor (Explosion-Proof TEFC)) is Class 1, Group D and Class 2, Groups F and G, 230V, 3-Phase.
Air Motor is 1 HP, uses 40 CFM @ 40–60 PSI.
