BASCO Hazardous Area Blanket Heater for Plastic IBCs

These high-efficiency IBC blanket heaters have a silicone-insulated spiral-wound resistance heating element housed in a composite nylon-coated woven fiberglass jacket. Both heaters are equipped with four pairs of easy-connect buckles and straps for easy attaching and removal.

IBC1 Single Zone Heater has a heating element housed in the lower two thirds of the unit. It is designed for winter warming applications up to 104º F. Heats liquid 1º F -5º F/Hour. Adjustable jacket 160"-169.5" L x 37-1/2" H.

IBC2 Dual Zone Heater has an upper and lower heating element designed for faster heating up to 140º F. Adjustable jacket 160"-169.5" L x 37-1/2" H.

IBC1-2LID Optional Insulated Lid helps to contain heat for added efficiency.

IBC1-2WPC Optional Waterproof 2-Piece Cover protects heaters from moisture and allows blanket heaters to be used outdoors under general weather conditions. Withstands temperatures to 0° F. Includes center flap for fill port access. Made of 0.5mm PVC coated polyvinyl. Color is bright orange.
