Drum Tumbler Thoroughly mix products without opening the drum!
Easily and quickly mixes dry powders or wet grains, settled liquids and high viscosity substances. Thoroughly disperses dyes and colorants. This heavy-duty tumbler has an 800 lb. per drum capacity. Load binders with safety-locks securely hold loaded drums in place. Sturdy steel frame resists shock of the tumbling load. All shafts run in self-aligning pillow block ball bearings. Unit supplied with control box with start, jog and stop buttons. Drum rotation speed 13 RPM. TEFC Motor (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) is 1 HP for single drum unit and 1-1/2 HP for dual drum, TEFC, 230V, 3-Phase. EP Motor (Explosion-Proof TEFC)) is Class 1, Group D and Class 2, Groups F and G, 230V, 3-Phase. Air Motor is 1 HP, uses 40 CFM @ 40–60 PSI.

Horizontal Drum Mixer Helps minimize worker effort, injuries
No more struggling to move vertical drums onto a horizontal rotator. "Hands-Off" mixer accepts vertical 55 gallon steel drums, then tilts the drum to horizontal and mixes at any speed desired between 5 – 20 RPM. After mixing is complete, drum is returned to vertical position, ready for use. Eight 6" neoprene roller wheels, adjustable for various size drums, support the load. 1" drive shaft turns on ball bearings for long life, low maintenance. One motor powers the hydraulic pump which powers both the rotation and tilting functions. Supplied with motor starter switch and hydraulic valves to control tilt and rotation.
Liquid load capacity: 1,000 lb.
Dry load capacity: 400 lb.

Powerful Tumbler Drum Mixer Super efficient mixer tilts to load easily
Drum tumbling is a great way to thoroughly mix, and this mixer is easy to load and unload too! Simply load drum at floor level and secure using the cinch chain and top clamps. Raise drum to the top position by operating the lift control valve, then start the mixing action with the speed control at 5 to 20 RPM. Full drum capacity of 800 lbs. Half-drum capacity of 400 lbs. TEFC Motor (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) is 2 HP, 230V, TEFC. Air Motor is 2 HP, 40 CFM @ 50–60 psi. 54" H with drum raised, 74" L with drum raised. Accepts drum heights of 29" to 37" with diameters of 18" to 23-1/2"

Portable Drum Rotators Bring gentle, thorough mixing action right to the job
Unique drum mixer homogenizes settled contents. Four 4" diameter neoprene drive wheels and four 4" diameter neoprene idler wheels provide positive support. Frame rolls on four 3" diameter copolymer wheels, has built-in retractable tipping lever. Factory-set speed reduction assembly provides fixed speed 10, 20, or 30 RPM rotation*. Liquid load capacity per drum: 500 lbs. Dry load capacity per drum: 400 lbs. @ 10 RPM, 300 lbs. @ 20 RPM, 250 lbs. @ 30 RPM. Unit is 34-1/2" L x 21" W x 19-1/4" H. Drum rim rests at 17" off the floor. Steel Drum Rotator handles steel drums 6"–28" diameter, up to 40" tall.
