Drum Chocks

Eliminate rolling of horizontally stored drums on shelves or pallets
550 lb. capacity

These sturdy and durable drum chocks allow you to store your drums horizontally on shelves without rolling. Use two DRCH-1 mini-chocks or one DRCH-2 per drum.

Inclined models employ front stops to slightly tilt the drum for effective draining and prevent sliding off.

Fork pocket inclined model also lets you easily move the drum on and off the shelf. Molded from recycled polyethylene.

Drum Racks have contoured frames constructed of 14 gauge rectangular tubing and 1/4" x 1 1/4" flat steel bar stock. Loaded two-drum racks can be stacked and moved four high. Loaded 3-drum racks can be stacked 4-high and moved 2-high.

Welded Racks shipped by truck, completely assembled and ready to use.

Knocked-Down Racks ship UPS, assembly required.

PDR2CRT 2-Drum Cart supports drum rack PRD2KDF or PDR2 (sold separately) with two 55 gallon drums. Provides portability and a convenient 25 1/2" drain height. Drum rack fits snugly into the cart's four corner target guides. Ruggedly constructed with 2" square tube steel legs and heavy wall rectangular tube cross members. Equipped with 2 rigid and 2 swivel heavy duty phenolic 5" diamter x 2" W casters. Knocked-down cart bolts together and ships UPS.

Convertible Drum Pallet Racks

Most economical storage for large quantities of drums

Largest drum capacity available

Optional add-on units double storage capacity

Quickly converts to pallet rack or mixed storage rack

Removable drum cradles are constructed of 1-1/4" diameter steel tubing, handle 15-55 gallon drums, and can be positioned anywhere on the beams. Remove all or some of the drum cradles and the rack converts to storage for palletized material or mixed storage of palletized material and drums. Each level has a 4,825 lb. capacity. Structural steel channel rack has all-welded 3" steel upright frames, 3" structural channel beams. Beams simply bolt to frames. Frames are punched full-height on 4" centers for complete adjustability.

Starter Units include beams, drum cradles and two upright frames.

Add-On Units double the storage capacity. Includes beams, drum cradles and one upright frame.

Replacement Drum Cradles are available if one becomes damaged or lost. The cradle simply straddles the horizontal frame and no tools are required to attach it.

Stack racks up to 5 high *

Assembles without tools or fasteners

Unique drum storage system is made of heavy duty 100% double welded square steel tubing. System components simply slide together, no fasteners or tools needed. Drums can be stacked up to five high, and can be individually loaded or removed by forklift from front or rear.

Standard Depth Rack is 36” deep (one horizontal 55 gallon drum).

Double Depth Rack is 72” deep (two horizontal 55 gallon drums, end to end).

Connector Posts are 30" long, used to separate racks for stacking.

Socket Feet have 3" square floor plates for mounting on resilient or uneven floors, or when stacking racks more than three high. Choice of 4-1/ 2" high for storing or 13-1/ 2" high for draining drums.

Versatile new high-density polyethylene spill sump fits on top of a standard 48" x 48" pallet. Provides secondary containment during storage and transportation of filled drums. Also ideal for containing spills during conveyorized filling operations. 65-gallon capacity sump has 1/8" thick sidewalls, can be stacked up to four high, nestable when empty for economical storage. 2" NPT drain plug allows easy recovery of spilled liquid. Modular drum storage system is safe and convenient. All components are 100% molded polyethylene, can be transported by forklift while empty.

Base Unit securely holds two 55-gallon steel drums and supports up to 3,000 lb. total weight. The built-in 100 gallon containment sump ensures leak and spill control. A deep dispensing well easily accommodates a 5 gallon pail or safety can. Ribbed floor keeps pail bottom dry.

Stacker Unit rests on top of lower drums, contoured surface keeps drums securely in place, with a 2400 lb. handling capacity. Drips and spills fall into dispensing sump of base unit.

Dispensing Shelf allows effortless dispensing from upper levels. Shelf attaches to stacker units and supports can or pail for draining. 60 lb. handling capacity.

Universal Well Liner provides extra spill protection to reclaim spilled material. Just lift up the liner..., no cleaning, wiping or scrubbing.

The Mini Racker Stacker™ System consists of the base Racker that will hold two (2) 5-6.5 US gallon metal or plastic lidded pails or cans, or two (2) 5 US gallon or smaller metal or plastic "jerry cans". The Racker module is a vailable in two (2) versions: a "place and use" version (6010-YE) and a mobile version (6011-YE-M) that includes wheels and handle. The Stacker module can be used in conjunction with the Racker to add an extra level of storage, or separately with another containment solution to mix-and-match the user's specific need.
