Raise or lower handle until hooks are positioned directly below the drum rim. Dual ratchets take over and raise the drum as the handle is pulled down. Ratchets maintain the handle position so operator holds no weight. You can move the drum or place it in the corner of a pallet. Raise the handle, and drum is lowered onto the pallet, making drum handling and palletizing an easy task. Unit rolls easily on (2) 6" polyolefin load wheels with roller bearings and (2) 4" rear swivel casters. Designed for rimmed drums up to 22" to 23 1/ 2" diameter and 34" to 36" high.
