MORSE® Top Rim Clamp Kontrol-Karrier™ Drum Handler

Picks up or places any top rimmed drum from a vertical position and top and bottom rimmed drums from a horizontal position. Grip top of drum with the Top Rim Clamp. Raise drum slightly and extend the Bottom Rim Foot, positioning it under the drum. Attach cinch chain for added security and you are ready to pour or dump. I30:1 gear drive unit offers optimum tilt control when drum dumping or pouring. Self-Stopping Hand Crank model includes tilt brake. Tilt-Brake factory installed option is available for the Standard Chain wheel model.

MORStop Tilt-Brake

When dispensing a heavy drum, especially an unbalanced drum, operators may need to manually lock the pull-chain or crank handle to prevent unwanted drum rotation. The unique MORStop Tilt-Brake mechanism automatically stops and holds the drum tilt angle. MORStop can be used with any of the hand-crank or chain-wheel operated manual-gear-tilt Morse models with capacities up to 1500 lbs. for full drums in the series 185, 285, 400. Order the Tilt-Brake factory installed on new MORSE^® drum handling equipment or self install on existing units.
