MORSE® Forklift Kontrol-Karrier™ Lifts and Dumps Drums

Morse® drum dumpers slide quickly and easily onto forks without tools - no modifications or connections to the lift truck are required.  High strength saddle, alloy cinching chain and tightener with dual safety lock. 10' pull chain allows control from the operator's seat, rotates drum to any desired angle. 30:1 units have gear drive, 60:1 units are equipped with heavy-duty gear drive, 150:1 unit incorporates a 2-stage worm gearbox.  Fork openings are 24 1/2" apart, accepts forks up to 2 1/2" x 6 1/2".

Battery Powered Karrier™ allows precise power dumping up to 180°, forward or reverse.  Completely self-contained unit has 12 volt DC hydraulic power pack and two-button control pendant with cord.  Supplied with 12 volt deep - cycle battery and 110 volt AC charger.

Spark Resistant Models are available through special order.

Options Available include: Drum Diamter Adapters* for handling smaller drums. Bracket or Rim Clamp for handling plastic drums and MORStop Tilt-Brake that automatically stops and holds the tilt angle of the drum.

Note: Not every style and size option will work on every MORSE unit. A Hand Crank or Hand Wheel is available to replace the manual tilt mechanism considered standard on some units. Call Customer Service at 1-800-776-3786 for assistance with selecting options.
