MORSE Forklift Kontrol Karrier™ Lifts and Dumps Drums
Turn your forklift into a versatile drum handling and dispensing machine!
Morse® drum dumpers slide quickly and easily onto forks without tools - no modifications or connections to the lift truck are required. High strength saddle, alloy cinching chain and tightener with dual safety lock. 10' pull chain allows control from the operator's seat, rotates drum to any desired angle. 30:1 units have gear drive, 60:1 units are equipped with heavy-duty gear drive, 150:1 unit incorporates a 2-stage worm gearbox. Fork openings are 24 1/2" apart, accepts forks up to 2 1/2" x 6 1/2". Battery Powered Karrier™ allows precise power dumping up to 180°, forward or reverse. Completely self-contained unit has 12 volt DC hydraulic power pack and two-button control pendant with cord. Supplied with 12 volt deep - cycle battery and 110 volt AC charger. Spark Resistant Models are available through special order. Options Available include: Drum Diamter Adapters* for handling smaller drums. Bracket or Rim Clamp for handling plastic drums and MORStop Tilt-Brake that automatically stops and holds the tilt angle of the drum. Note: Not every style and size option will work on every MORSE unit. A Hand Crank or Hand Wheel is available to replace the manual tilt mechanism considered standard on some units. MORSE Kontrol Karrier™ for Overhead Drum Pouring Makes draining drums at any height easier and safer!
Attach a Kontrol Karrier™ drum dumper to a hoist and pour from drums at desired height. Chain operated gear drive rotates drum forward or backwards to any angle using a 6' loop chain drop and a 30:1 or 60:1 gear drive. Spark Resistant Models are available through special order. Options Available include: Drum Diameter Adapters for handling smaller drums. Morse Motorized Power Tilt Kontrol-Karrier Electric or Air power takes heavy overhead draining to a no-effort level!
Use with a hoist or crane for the heaviest drum lifting and dumping tasks. Provides controlled drum tilt of 360° in both directions. It takes just 15 seconds to fully invert a drum from upright position. High strength saddle is sized to handle a 22.5" diameter 55 gallon steel drum. The saddle is equipped with a cinch chain and ratchet for securing the drum firmly in place. The cinch chain has a flexible cover to help grip and protect the sidewall of the drum. Electric Powered Models have a 2-button pendant for forward and reverse on a 7' cord. Air Powered Model has a 3-position control valve for forward, neutral and reverse on a 12' coiled hose. Spark Resistant Air Model available through special order. Options available include: Diameter Adapters for smaller drums and Bracket for handling plastic drums. Morse® Pail Pro Lifts and Pours Save your back and arms!
Lift and pour a 5-gallon steel or plastic pail weighing up to 150 lb. up to 5 feet high (measured from floor to side of horizontal pail). Use the hand crank to lift the pail and the hand wheel to turn it. Equipped with a MORStop™ Tilt-Brake that prevents the pail from turning out of control. Standard floor lock prevents the unit from rolling while you dispense. Moves easily through standard doorways with its compact 33" W x 33" L base. Overall height is 80". Turning radius is 48". Legs are 4" tall and straddle a 26" width. Optional Counterweight Kit 3930-P attached to the base in reversed position extends the pouring reach, allowing the top of a 5-gallon pail held horizontally to reach 19" beyond the front wheels. Note: Capacity is reduced to 75 lb. when using counterweight kit.
