This highly polished, heavy-duty drum rack is constructed of all welded 304 stainless steel. It is ideal for use in food and pharmaceutical operations, or any other location where rust and corrosion is a problem. Each rack measures 45" W x 31" D x 12" H with 7" high forklift openings.

Heavy-duty steel angle constructed drum racks for years of service. Units ship knocked-down for lowest freight cost. Assembly is fast and easy: bolt legs to the welded shelves, add X-braces and you're done. All units are 3/ 4" deep, may be loaded by forklift from front or rear.
HI-DRUM® Knock-Down Racks feature front and back forklift entry. Frame is built from 1 1/2" square 14 guage double tube construction and 1/4" x 1 1/2" steel bars for high strength and durability. Choice of two-drum or three-drum models. Racks bolt together, requiring light assembly. Optional HI-DRUM® Welded Stand, designed for 2-drum racks, are available with or without casters. Caster model features two swivel and two fixed 5" phenolic casters. Drum height 25 1/ 2" with casters and 19" without casters.
Easy to assemble structural channel drum rack has all-welded 3" steel upright frames, 3" structural channel beams. Beams simply bolt to frames. Frames are punched full-height on 4" centers for complete adjustability. Removable drum cradles are 1 1/ 4" diameter steel tubing, can be positioned anywhere on the beams. Each level has a capacity of 4,825 lbs. Starter Units include beams, drum cradles and two upright frames. Add-On Units double the storage capacity. Includes beams, drum cradles and one upright frame.
Unique drum storage system is made of 100% double welded square steel tubing. System components simply slide together, no fasteners or tools needed. Drums can be stacked up to five high, and can be individually loaded or removed by forklift from front or rear. Standard Depth Rack is 36" deep (one horizontal 55 gallon drum). Double Depth Rack is 72" deep (two horizontal 55 gallon drums, end to end). Connector Posts are 30" long, used to separate racks for stacking. Socket Feet have 3" square floor plates for mounting on resilient or uneven floors, or when stacking racks more than three high. Choice of 4 1/ 2" high for storing or 13 1/ 2" high for draining drums.
Unique mobile rack keeps drums readily accessible and transportable. All welded steel frame has 2500 lb. capacity, can be loaded with hoist or forklift. Versatile new high-density polyethylene spill sump fits on top of a standard 48" x 48" pallet. Provides secondary containment during storage and transportation of filled drums. Also ideal for containing spills during conveyorized filling operations. 65-gallon capacity sump has 1/8" thick sidewalls, can be stacked up to four high, nestable when empty for economical storage. 2" NPT drain plug allows easy recovery of spilled liquid. The Mini Racker Stacker™ System consists of the base Racker that will hold two (2) 5-6.5 US gallon metal or plastic lidded pails or cans, or two (2) 5 US gallon or smaller metal or plastic "jerry cans". The Racker module is a vailable in two (2) versions: a "place and use" version (6010-YE) and a mobile version (6011-YE-M) that includes wheels and handle. The Stacker module can be used in conjunction with the Racker to add an extra level of storage, or separately with another containment solution to mix-and-match the user's specific need.
