Large diameter and high sidewalls provide 6 gallon capacity and reduce splashes and spills. Draining surface has elevated zig-zag channels; containers remain inverted and drain completely without resting in their own drainage. FM-Approved brass fill vent relieves pressure at 5 psi, has 6" long perforated flame arrestor to prevent flash-back ignition of drum contents. Funnel is 23 5/8" W x 5 1/2" H, fits 2" NPS bung opening of closed-head drum, permits use of fill gauge in 3/4" bung to prevent overfilling. Lockable hinged lid flips out of the way for draining, keeps contaminants out and reduces vapor emissions. Fill Gauge (optional) pops up when drum is nearly full, prevents accidental overfilling. High density polyethylene gauge fits 3/4" NPS bung opening.

     FM Approved funnels are made of heavy-duty 18-gauge galvanized steel with epoxy powder coat finish for durability and chemical resistance. All funnels comply with EPA and OSHA regulations. Fits 30-55 gallon steel drums with 2" NPS bung opening. Lid stays open unless manually closed. In case of fire, the hinged lid features a fusible link that will melt at 165º F and snap the lid shut. The lid is also padlockable for security. Funnel dimensions: 10-3/4” dia. x 10” H.

8203 Tip-Over Protection/Zero Emissions Funnel includes kit 8214 and funnel 8207.

8214 Tipover Protection Kit includes a special self-closing valve with a 2" bung adapter that prevents spills if the drum is accidentally tipped over and prevents vapor loss when the funnel cover is open. Also includes a brass drum vent with 3/4" adaptor.

Brass Fill Vent installs in funnel without outlet spout. FM-Approved for use with flammable liquids, has 6" flame arrestor that vents at 5 psi internal pressure. Fits 2" NPT bung. VaporLock® Closure installs in funnel without spout. Traps vapors and minimizes release of VOC's. Meets EPA "closed container" regulations. Glass-reinforced polypropylene fill tube and T-Handle allows filling below liquid level. Fill Gauge pops up when drum is nearly full, prevents accidental overfilling. High density polyethylene gauge fits 3/4" NPS bung opening. Works with bung access funnel only. Snap-On Cover keeps contaminants out and reduces vapors.

Fill Vents are built of cast brass with a 6" brass flame arrester or high density polyethylene with a 6" stainless steel flame arrester. Both units thread into a 2" bung opening and feature automatic pressure and vacuum relief. Includes cap with a safety chain to prevent misplacement of the cap. 

Funnel is made of high-density polyethylene and has a full 9" top inside diameter to eliminate spills.
