E-Z Smart 2 Gallon Drum Funnel

Lets you know when your drum is full - prevents overfilling!

Screws into 2" NPS drum bung opening

Body and lid are made of heavy walled polypropylene

The EZ Smart funnel has an extension at its base that traps air and stops the liquid from filling to the top of the drum. In order for the EZ Smart Funnel to work properly, it must be removed immediately when fluid no longer flows freely. This means the drum has been filled to its normal capacity. Should the user continue to fill the funnel, not to worry! As the funnel is unscrewed and slowly removed, the liquid will drain into the void created by the trapped air, which happens to be just enough room to add 2 gallons (the capacity of the funnel) more to the drum. Polyethylene air hose and lanyard that attaches lid to funnel body with a stainless steel fastener. Overall Height: 13". Top OD with Cover: 11 1/2". Top ID: 11". Height above drum: 11 1/2".

Large diameter and high sidewalls provide 6 gallon capacity and reduce splashes and spills. Draining surface has elevated zig-zag channels; containers remain inverted and drain completely without resting in their own drainage. FM-Approved brass fill vent relieves pressure at 5 psi, has 6" long perforated flame arrestor to prevent flash-back ignition of drum contents. EZ-Strainer^™ strains unwanted particles from paints, coatings, silicones, inks or any product that needs to be particle free. Simply lay the strainer on top of an open-head drum or pail and pour your product through the strainer. Unwanted particles stay in the strainer while particle free product is deposited into your container. Strainer rim is made of heavy-duty HDPE (high-density polyethylene). FM Approved funnels are made of heavy-duty 18-gauge galvanized steel with epoxy powder coat finish for durability and chemical resistance. All funnels comply with EPA and OSHA regulations. Fits 30-55 gallon steel drums with 2" NPS bung opening. Lid stays open unless manually closed. In case of fire, the hinged lid features a fusible link that will melt at 165º F and snap the lid shut. The lid is also padlockable for security. Funnel dimensions: 10-3/4” dia. x 10” H.

8203 Tip-Over Protection/Zero Emissions Funnel includes kit 8214 and funnel 8207.

8214 Tipover Protection Kit includes a special self-closing valve with a 2" bung adapter that prevents spills if the drum is accidentally tipped over and prevents vapor loss when the funnel cover is open. Also includes a brass drum vent with 3/4" adaptor.

This "one of a kind" funnel fits tightly on 55 gallon drums with varying diameters. No more wobbles or tips! Rugged, polyethylene funnel offers a 22" wide "target" area, holds up to five gallons. Zigzag channels allow filters, paint cans, buckets and bottles to remain upright while draining passively. Horseshoe design feature allows installation of a Pop-Up Fill Gauge (Model D5 or D11, sold separately) for accurate monitoring of liquid level inside the drum to prevent messy overfilling.

UGF497 and UGF499 have a built in spout that fits into the 2” bung opening of a 55 gallon drum.

UGF499 also includes a lockable cover for secure drum management and to prevent contamination of contents.

Open-Head Drum Funnel

Large opening provides easy access to drums with diameters of 22 1/4" - 23 1/2". Molded base secures to drum with thumb screws for added safety. Features a hinged lockable cover. Overall funnel dimension: 24 1/2" dia x 11" H.

Note: This is not a conventional funnel. The UF55-PS allows access to the drum once the lid is opened and is basically a hinged cover that replaces the drum cover.

EXT2000 multipurpose drain sink/funnel is equipped with a drain tube that contains an anti-spill valve which will minimize the chance of overfilling the drum. The funnels large 24” x 24” x 8” deep size fits on top of any 55 gal drum and is made from heavy duty 20-gauge steel. Supplied steel drainage grid suspends parts off bottom to allow for efficient draining. Holds up to 30 used oil filters for hot draining which is currently mandated by the US EPA prior to disposal. Use to drain absorbents filled with liquid contaminated waste. Liquids drain into the drum allowing the dry solids to be disposed of easily and inexpensinvely. Draining parts prior to rinsing them in the parts washing solvent will greatly extend the life of the parts washing solvent.

EXT3000 is identical to the EXT2000 and includes a hinged lockable cover to snuff flames. Helps comply with 40 CFR 264.173 (1995) for closed containers.

EXT3000F is identical to the EXT3000 with the addition of a fusible link that melts at 200º F, allowing the lid to automatically close in the event of a fire.
