Liquid Level Sensor for Sealed Plastic Drums
The clean, safe way to monitor liquid inventories
C-LEVEL is an ideal tool for any application where quick inexpensive container level verification is needed. It is an ideal tool for facilities using non-transparent plastic drums, or other non-transparent plastic containers, in a closed system operation or in which liquids are stored. No more opening or weighing of drums to measure liquid levels. Inventory and quality control personnel will find the C-LEVEL to be an indispensible tool in their daily operations. Center row of lights turn green and a sustained beep is produced when the liquid level is detected. Liquids in plastic containers with a wall thickness greater than 3/8” or certain liquids with a dielectric constant below 5 are difficult for the C-LEVEL to detect. Dielectric Constant is the ability of a material to store an electrostatic charge. Any chemical blended with water increases detection accuracy, since water has a dielectric constant of 80.
