Reduce a 55 gallon drum down to a 4" high pancake with the D60. Reliable crusher/compactor can run 24/7 without any type of "rest" period. Automatic system has one-button operation and includes a quick-change platen for easy conversion to in-drum compacting. An oversized chamber 48" H x 30" W x 30" D allows for crushing drums up to 85 gallons in size and for ease of access when compacting waste inside of drums. All structural components are made of durable 3/8" steel. A unique reverse orientation dual cylinder (4" dia. with 48" stroke) design virtually eliminates the possibility of bent rods. T10 HP motor. Safely puncture and drain aerosol cans in one easy step

• Converts aerosol cans from hazardous solid waste to fully recyclable waste
• Fits 2" bung on any 30 or 55 gallon steel drum

Collect residual liquids and permit recycling of de-pressurized cans as non-hazardous scrap metal. Cobalt-tipped puncture pin pierces spray end of can releasing pressure and capturing residue safely inside drum. An aerosol can that is punctured and drained by either AeroVent system will comply with EPA CFR 261.7 and 40 CFR 261.3 regulations.

AeroVent 1 punctures and drains cans that measure 2" - 3" diameter x 5" - 10" H one can at a time.

AeroVent 3 punctures and drains cans that measure 2" - 3" diameter x 5" - 10" H up to three cans at a time.

Both systems include support stand, vapor absorbing carbon filter, and grounding wire.

Replacement Carbon Filter processes up to 600 cans. Fits both systems.

Ready-to-use crusher connects to an 85 – 115 psi shop air supply, develops up to 13,000 lbs. of compaction force. Automatic cycle operates unattended, safety interlock stops machine if door is opened. Container contents drain into a separate container. Heavy-duty structural steel frame and industrial-grade components. Also crushes standard automotive filters up to 9" tall and 6" diameter.

Note: Containers must be opened and not sealed when crushing.

These structural steel units develop up to 4000 lbs. of compacting power. Crush paper, filters, aluminum cans, absorbents, disposable clothing. 1/4" thick ram plate. 18 month limited warranty.

Manual Pack-Master™ is simple and safe to use. Slide an open-head drum (up to 39" high) onto the base and pump the ram lever like an automobile jack.

Air Pack-Master™ offers higher speed operation. Connects to any compressed air source (70 - 250 psi). Safety-designed control arm keeps operator's hands and face away from compactor, stops cycle if arm is lowered or dropped. Completely cycles in 1 minute. Requires 8 CFM @ 100 psi to develop 2600 lbs. of compaction force. Develops 3900 lbs. of compaction force at 150 psi.

Spark Resistant Pack-Master™ has a high density polyethylene-covered ram plate and drum skid area and low density polyethylene-covered frame uprights.

Wheel Kit makes any Packmaster™ portable. Dual ball-bearing wheels with 12" diameter x 4" wide pneumatic tires easily attach to unit.
Roll-Out Base allows drum to easily roll in and out of the Packmaster™ units.
Sorbent Basket turns your Packmaster™ into a sorbent wringer. 12" deep x 21" diameter basket has 16 gauge steel slotted wall and 14 gauge perforated bottom. Hangs inside any 55 gallon open-head drum. Open design allows extracted liquids to drain into the drum during compaction. Sorbents may then be reused or economically disposed.
Split Drum allows faster and easier removal of compacted trash. Polyethylene drum is hinged at rear, accepts a polyethylene drum liner. After compaction, release the front latches and remove the liner containing the compacted trash.
Polyethylene Drum Liners are cylindrical with continuous seam at bottom. Clear poly liners are 56" tall x 8 mil thick.

Roll-Out Base allows drum to easily roll in and out of the packmaster™ units.
