Adjust the stainless steel pins to fit the fill port cap by moving them in or out along the slots on the aluminum bar and maintain the adjustment by tightening the zinc plated steel wing nuts.

Safely puncture and drain aerosol cans in one easy step

• Converts aerosol cans from hazardous solid waste to fully recyclable waste
• Fits 2" bung on any 30- or 55-gallon steel drum

Collect residual liquids and permit recycling of de-pressurized cans as non-hazardous scrap metal. Cobalt-tipped puncture pin pierces spray end of can releasing pressure and capturing residue safely inside drum. An aerosol can that is punctured and drained by either AeroVent system will comply with EPA CFR 261.7 and 40 CFR 261.3 regulations.

AeroVent 1 punctures and drains cans that measure 2" - 3" diameter x 5" - 10" H one can at a time.

AeroVent 3 punctures and drains cans that measure 2" - 3" diameter x 5" - 10" H up to three cans at a time.

Both systems include support stand, vapor absorbing carbon filter, and grounding wire.

Versatile tool eases common IBC jobs

Don’t struggle with awkward cap tightening methods. Combination wrench tightens and loosens IBC caps and the vertical cap grabber ends double as wrenches for 2” and ¾” steel drum plugs. Use with a ¾” socket (not included) and manual torque wrench to comply with DOT closing requirements for the IBC fill port cap.

Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s closing instructions to be in compliance with the container's torque requirements. Exceeding the required torque is considered misuse and could damage the fill port cap, negate the UN rating of the container and damage the 3/4" male drive (bolt head) on the tool. The wrench manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage due to misuse.

Wheel Kit makes any Packmaster™ portable. Dual ball-bearing wheels with 12" diameter x 4" wide pneumatic tires easily attach to unit.
Roll-Out Base allows drum to easily roll in and out of the Packmaster™ units.
Sorbent Basket turns your Packmaster™ into a sorbent wringer. 12" deep x 21" diameter basket has 16 gauge steel slotted wall and 14 gauge perforated bottom. Hangs inside any 55 gallon open-head drum. Open design allows extracted liquids to drain into the drum during compaction. Sorbents may then be reused or economically disposed.
Split Drum allows faster and easier removal of compacted trash. Polyethylene drum is hinged at rear, accepts a polyethylene drum liner. After compaction, release the front latches and remove the liner containing the compacted trash.
Polyethylene Drum Liners are cylindrical with continuous seam at bottom. Clear poly liners are 56" tall x 8 mil thick.

Don't let humidity contaminate liquids stored in your drums!

As liquid is drained out of a drum, air moves in. If the air is humid the water can condense in the drum and damage the contents. The desiccant cartridge dries the air as it enters the drum. Disposable cartridge absorbs up to .2 pounds of water vapor, dries air to a dew point of –100º F. Indicator window in cartridge changes from blue to pink when the cartridge needs to be replaced.

Dryer Cartridge is filled with calcium sulfate, measures 2 11/16" D x 10" L.

Adapter mounts cartridge in 3/4" or 2" NPS bung opening.

Speed up your higher volume pail or 16 gallon drum closing operation

Here’s a fast and effective method for closing moderate to high volumes of steel pails. Just place the tool over top of the cover, push down on the twin handles and the malleable iron jaws crimp all the lugs at once. Tools for light gauge pails are aluminum alloy for strength and light weight. Tools for heavier gauge UN-type pails are steel. Supplied with a grease fitting for easy maintenance and long tool life.

Manually Operated Tools have long handles with hand contoured grip for low-effort operation.

Manual Model 16BNS-UN has a non-sparking brass head for use in flammable areas.

Air-Operated Tools have dual handles to keep hands away from pinch points. Each handle is equipped with an on/off thumb control for added safety and ease of operation. Designed for overhead spring or counterbalance mounting. Requires 90 PSI air supply.

Note: All Manual Tools require sending a sample pail/container to the lug closer manufacturer to ensure a proper seal.

Air Operated Tools 16A requires a sample of the 24 gauge pail only. 16P-UN does not require a pail sample. 20A requires a sample of the 16 gallon 24 gauge container.

Protect expensive lubricants from contamination

Heavy walled high density polyethylene construction for use in industrial environments provide a service temperature range of -40° F to 176° F. Containers are available in 1.5, 2, 3, 5, and 10 liter/quart sizes. Opaque semi-transparent containers allow liquid levels to be monitored. 

Optional Hose Extension for Stretch Spout Lid or Stumpy Spout Lid to extend the spout length for hard to reach areas.

Pump delivers 1 liter per 14 down strokes. It is designed to fit the Utility Lid in combination with a 3, 5, or 10 liter/quart Oil Safe® container.

Optional Pump Reducer Nozzle is available that converts the 9mm (3/8" O.D.) to a 6mm (1/4" O.D.)
